The White Gyoza, dumpling is no like other gyoza. The dough is thick and it is deep fried so the surace is hot and slightly crispy. The inside is probably pork and some chopped leeks. You have it with a mix of soy sauce, spicy hot oil, and venegar as you like. They serve you 8 pieces per plate. You can't order like 7 or 9 pieces. This gyoza goes well with beer. You'd better avoid a buys hour like around 12:00 lunch time. You may face to a long queue.Be patient and follow the voice of someone in the restaurant. If not they tell you to stay outside without their smiles. It doesn't mean they are not friendly. I love their gyoza!
